What Price is right?

I think that the price of envromental contamination needs to be extremly high. Big companies that contaminate the envroment have lots of extra money. if you penalize them with only a small fine they will continue to contaminate. i belive that in order to stop polution we need to make an example of the company so that the other companys will stop too. also in extreme cases the people responsible for the contamination show go to jail.
